Introduction
Some 2007 - 2008 model year RX 350 customers may complain of a knocking noise from the sliding roof (moon roof) above the driver's or passenger's
head while driving. The noise is most noticeable at low vehicle speeds (approximately 5 mph [8 km/h] and up). Follow the repair procedures listed in
this bulletin to address this condition.

Applicable Warranty*:
This repair is covered under the Lexus Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from
the vehicle's in-service date.

* Warranty application is limited to correction of a problem based upon a customers specific complaint.

Repair Procedure

1.

Confirm that the noise is coming from the area near the front corner of the sliding roof (either left or right).

2.

Record the radio station presets.
