13. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD TO HEAD GASKET LH

(a) Remove the exhaust manifold to head gasket LH from the cylinder head sub-assembly.

14. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 2 Sensor 1)   See: Powertrain Management/Computers and Control Systems/Oxygen

2GR-FE INTAKE / EXHAUST: EXHAUST MANIFOLD: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the No. 2 radiator assembly    See: Cooling System/Radiator/Service and Repair/Removal.

2. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR COVER LH

(a) Disconnect the 3 clips.

(b) Remove the 2 screws, 4 bolts and front floor cover LH.

3. REMOVE FRONT NO. 3 EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the 3 clamps and oxygen sensor connector (for Bank 1 Sensor 2).

(b) Remove the 4 bolts, 2 nuts, 2 compression springs and No. 3 exhaust pipe sub-assembly.

(c) Remove the 3 gaskets from the No. 3 exhaust pipe sub-assembly.

4. REMOVE MANIFOLD STAY

(a) Remove the bolt, nut and manifold stay.
