OK --  REPLACE ECM  See: Engine Control Module/Service and Repair/Removal

12. CHECK FOR SHORT TO GND IN CAN BUS WIRE (CAN NO. 1 J/C - POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU)

(a) Disconnect the power management control ECU connector.
