Warranty Information

This repair is covered under the Lexus Federal Emission Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first,
from the vehicle's in-service date.

Warranty application is limited to occurrence of the specified condition described in this bulletin.

Required Tools & Equipment

Additional TIS Techstream or Techstream Lite units may be ordered by calling Approved Dealer Equipment (ADE).

Repair Procedure

1. Using TIS Techstream verify DTC P2195 P2197 P0138 P0158 P0031 or P0051 are present.

2. Follow the procedure outlined in TSIB L-SB-0109-09, "MIL 'ON' DTC P0138 and/or P0158 Diagnostic Tips" to inspect the appropriate A/F and 02

sensor and circuit.

3. If the A/F sensor requires replacement, follow the procedure in the Repair Manual.
