Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

(b) Coat 5 new O-rings with MP grease No. 2.

(c) Install the new O-rings and connect the 3 height control tubes onto the No. 1 height control valve sub-assembly.

HINT
For the connecting procedure of the tube (type 3), refer to Precaution of Suspension Control System    See: Service
Precautions/Suspension Control System.

(d) Lock the 3 holders.

(e) Connect the connector and engage the clamp.

2. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected    See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization.

3. INSPECT FOR AIR LEAK

(a) Inspect for air leaks    See: Service Precautions/Suspension Control System.

4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY   See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Front Bumper/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Installation

5. INSTALL HOOD CENTER CUSHION   See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Front Bumper/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Installation

6. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL   See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Front Bumper/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Installation

7. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER   See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Front Bumper/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Installation

8. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH   See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Front Bumper/Service and Repair/Removal and

9. ADD WASHER FLUID (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)   See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Windshield Washer Motor/Service and Repair/Washer
