a. Install the water w/ motor and bracket pump assembly with the bolt and nut.

Torque: 7.0 N.m (71 kgf.cm, 62 in.lbf)

b. Connect the connector and 2 water hoses to the water w/ motor and bracket pump assembly.

2. INSTALL FRAME SIDE RAIL PLATE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

a. Install the frame side rail plate sub-assembly with the 3 bolts and nut.

Torque:
Bolt (A)
85 N.m (867 kgf.cm, 63 ft.lbf)

Bolt (B)
32 N.m (326 kgf.cm, 24 ft.lbf)

Nut
32 N.m (326 kgf.cm, 24 ft.lbf)

3. INSTALL OIL NO.1 COOLER ASSEMBLY
4. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER NO.1
5. ADD COOLANT
6. CHECK FOR COOLANT LEAKS
7. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE LH COVER
