Applicability

Introduction

Some RX 400h models may exhibit a M.I.L. "ON" condition with DTC P0AA6 and information code 612 (Hybrid Battery Voltage System Isolation
Fault). Further inspection of the vehicle may reveal water intrusion due to cracked body seam sealer just above the rear door strut mounting area. Follow
the repair procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.

NOTE

This service bulletin applies ONLY if information code 612 is present and water seepage occurs inside the high voltage battery case.
