Introduction
Some 2006 model year RX400h vehicles may exhibit a M.l.L. "ON" condition with one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)
stored as a result of an ignition coil malfunction:
The engine may not start, and may also have the following DTCs:
Replacement of the affected ignition coil will address this condition.
