INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

a. Check the degree of tilt when the ELR begins to lock.

1. Check that the belt does not lock at less than 15 degrees of tilt in any direction but locks at over 45 degrees of tilt when gently moving the

installed retractor.

NOTE:  Do not disassemble the retractor.

b. Install the rear seat outer belt assembly with the 2 bolts.

Torque: For upper bolt 7.5 N.m (77 kgf.cm, 66 in.lbf)
For lower bolt 42 N.m (428 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf)

c. Connect the shoulder side of the rear seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf)

2. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY INNER
3. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP NO.1
4. INSTALL ROOM LAMP ASSEMBLY NO.2
5. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE LH PANEL ASSEMBLY
6. INSTALL ROPE HOOK
7. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH SIDE LH PLATE
8. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE LH COVER
9. CONNECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY
