Headlamp Washer Motor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY CENTER
2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE

a. Extend the headlight cleaner washer nozzle.

b. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight cleaner washer nozzle.

4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR

a. Disconnect the headlight washer hose.

b. Remove the 2 bolts.
c. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight cleaner washer actuator sub-assembly.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR

a. Install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly with the 2 bolts and the 2 claws.

Torque: 4.5 N.m (46 kgf.cm, 40 in.lbf)

b. Connect the headlight washer hose.

2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE
3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER STAY CENTER
