Make sure that the ends of the No. 3 wire frame do not cross over each other.

Be sure to connect the No. 3 wire frame to each correct terminal as shown in the illustration.

3. INSTALL BATTERY COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected    See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization.

HYBRID / BATTERY CONTROL: HV RELAY ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HYBRID BATTERY JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY

CAUTION:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.

(a) Install the 2 bolts and EV battery fuse.

Torque : 3.5 Nm (36 kgf-cm, 31 in-lbf)

NOTICE:
Be sure to use a torque wrench to tighten the nuts.

(b) Install the hybrid battery junction block assembly with the 3 nuts.
