2GR-FXE ENGINE CONTROL: ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

(a) Install a new gasket onto the engine coolant temperature sensor.

(b) Install the engine coolant temperature sensor and gasket.

Text in Illustration

Torque : 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

(c) Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.

2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH HOSE   See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Throttle Body/Service and Repair/Installation

3. ADD ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine)   See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Coolant/Service and Repair/Coolant (for Engine)

4. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Engine)   See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and

General Diagnostics/Cooling System

5. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET   See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine

6. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CLEANER INLET   See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine
