2GR-FXE ENGINE CONTROL: AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR: REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION (w/ Air Suspension)

NOTICE:
Be sure to read Precaution thoroughly before servicing    See: Steering and Suspension/Suspension/Service Precautions/Air
Suspension System.

2. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD

(a) Remove the exhaust manifold    See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Exhaust System/Exhaust Manifold/Service and Repair/Removal.

3. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 2 Sensor 1)

(a) Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the exhaust manifold LH.

4. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 1 Sensor 1)

HINT
Use the same procedure for bank 1 and bank 2.

1. INSTALL AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 2 Sensor 1)

(a) Using SST, install the air fuel ratio sensor to the exhaust manifold LH.
