Headlamp Wiper Switch: Service and Repair
Installation

Up to 08/2009

WIPER / WASHER: HEADLIGHT CLEANER SWITCH: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the headlight cleaner switch assembly as shown in the illustration.

2. INSTALL NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Installation

3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH LH   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Installation

4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (w/ Air Suspension)

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected    See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization.

5. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Installation

6. INSPECT SUSPENSION CONTROL SYSTEM (w/ Air Suspension)

(a) Inspect the suspension control system    See: Steering and Suspension/Suspension/Testing and Inspection/Scan Tool Testing and

Procedures/Test Mode Procedure.
