The key-in-ignition warning chime inputs are:

ignition switch RUN/START position, no voltage on RUN/START circuit 489 (PK/BK)

ignition switch RUN/ACC position, no voltage on RUN/ACC circuit 295 (LB/PK)

key-in-ignition switch circuit 1414 (LG/VT) voltage applied with key-in-ignition
The headlamp on warning chime warns that the headlamps are on when the driver door is ajar and the key is removed from the ignition. The headlamps
on warning chime will sound if the driver door is ajar, the headlamps switch is in the PARK or HEAD position, and the ignition switch is in the
OFF/LOCK position with the key out.
The headlamp on warning chime will stop sounding when any of the above conditions are removed.

The fail-safe cooling warning chime warns that an engine overheating condition is occuring. The fail-safe cooling warning chime will sound when the
message center displays the CHECK ENGINE TEMPERATURE, REDUCED ENGINE POWER, or STOP ENGINE SAFELY message.
The fail-safe cooling warning chime will stop sounding when any of the above messages are no longer displayed.
