Normal Operation

The trailer tow electric brake controller receives power through circuit 1051 (PK/WH) and provides output power to the trailer tow connector through
circuit 43 (DB). The trailer tow electric brake controller is grounded through circuit 1205 (BK). The trailer tow electric brake controller also receives
input when the parking lamps are illuminated through circuit 14 (BN) and the BPP switch through circuit 511 (LG) when the brake pedal is applied.

Possible Causes

-

Circuit 1051 (PK/WH) open.

Circuit 43 (DB) open, shorted to power or shorted to ground.

Circuit 14 (BN) open.

Circuit 511 (LG) open.
