Disassembly and Assembly
Brake Master Cylinder
CAUTION: If the master cylinder body is damaged, install a new unit as an assembly. Clamp on the master cylinder flange only when securing the
master cylinder in a vise.
1. Remove the brake master cylinder.
2. Secure the brake master cylinder in a vise.
3. Disassemble the IVD master cylinder assembly in the order indicated in the illustration and table.
