Wheels: Testing and Inspection
Wheels must be replaced under any of the following conditions:

Bent.
^
Dented.
^
Heavily rusted.
^
Air leaks (aluminum wheels which can, in most cases, be serviced using the procedure as described in Cleaning and Inspection).

Have elongated bolt holes.
^
Have excessive lateral or radial runout Wheels with a lateral or radial runout greater than the recommended specification may cause an
objectionable, high-speed vehicle vibration.
Replacement wheels must be equal to the original equipment wheels. Refer to Replacement Considerations. See: Service and Repair
