Vehicles which exhibit an audible "clicking" noise in the passenger compartment (most noticeable in cold temperatures) at "off idle" or on light
acceleration, can be serviced by installing new isolation grommets and eyelet; Continental and Mark VII will also require a new EGR solenoid.

For all vehicles:
1.
Remove the bracket isolation grommets (374308, 2 required) and eyelets (382850, 2 required) (See Figure 17).
2.
Install new grommets (390241, 2 required) and eyelets (390242, 2 required).
For Continental and Mark VII Only:
1.
Remove the EGR solenoid (E4ZE-9D474-FA) and install a new solenoid (9D474).
