Oil Pan: Service and Repair
1. Turn air suspension switch OFF, then disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove oil dip stick, then raise and support vehicle.
3. Drain engine oil into a suitable container.
4. Remove dual converter Y pipe.
5. Disconnect wiring connectors to allow pan removal.
6. Disconnect power steering line from front engine cover, then position aside for clearance.
7. Remove oil pan retaining bolts, then pan and gasket. Discard oil pan gasket.
8. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Ensure all mating surfaces are clean and free of scratches and gouges.
b. Apply a small amount of a suitable silicone sealer at joint of block and front cover and rear seal retainer.

c. Tighten pan bolts to 15-22 ft lb in sequence.
