The in-line connector between the 14A488 and 14290 wiring harnesses:

Plug the 40-way connector, 0139, before the 40-way connector, 0140.
NOTE:
THE C212 AND C139 CONNECTORS CONTAIN THE GROUND CIRCUIT FOR THE ANTI-THEFT ENABLE/DISABLE PIN ON THE LCM.
THE C209 AND C140 CONNECTORS CONTAIN THE VBATT CIRCUITS THAT POWER THE TURN SIGNAL CIRCUITRY IN THE LCM
(THE VBATT CIRCUITS ARE VBATT 6 AND 7).
2.
Reset the module using the RESETTING THE LCM procedure found in this article.
