Compressor Fitting HVAC: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Remove the radiator upper sight shield.
2. Recover the refrigerant.
3. Raise the vehicle on a hoist.
4. Remove the radiator air deflector.

Remove the pushpins.
^
Remove the screws and remove the radiator air deflector.
5. Disconnect the evaporator to compressor suction line and the compressor to condenser discharge line spring lock couplings from the A/C manifold
and tube.
6. Disconnect the electrical connector.
