11. Remove the retaining nut and the evaporative emission canister purge valve (EVAP canister purge valve).
12. Disconnect the EVAP electrical connector.
13. Disconnect the EVAP vacuum hoses.
14. Remove the instrument close-out panel pushpins and remove the panel.
