Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair
Left Side
Removal
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Recover the A/C system refrigerant.
3. Raise the vehicle on a hoist.
4. Remove the radiator air deflector.
5. Remove the dual converter Y pipe.
6. Disconnect the A/C suction/discharge manifold from the A/C compressor.
7. Remove the LH exhaust manifold.

Remove the eight nuts.

Remove the LH exhaust manifold.
8. Remove the LH exhaust manifold gaskets.
