Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair
Right Side
Removal
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Raise the vehicle on hoist.
3. Remove the RH front wheel and tire assembly.
4. Remove the radiator air deflector.
5. Remove the dual converter Y pipe.
6. Remove the exhaust manifold connector.

Remove the four bolts.

Remove the exhaust manifold connector and the gasket.
-
Inspect the gasket and replace as necessary.
7. Disconnect the EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube from the EGR valve tube to manifold connector.
