Review the operation of the EATC system with the customer.
Being an automatic system, many customers expect to set the temperature once and put it into AUTO mode and let the system do the rest. But since the
system does not sense humidity levels inside the vehicle, it has no means of compensating for high humidity conditions.
Just as with manual climate control, it may be necessary on an AUTOMATIC system to manually select the DEFROST mode, then adjust the
temperature and fan speed accordingly to minimize condensation build-up on the glass.
This may be especially appropriate whenever there are multiple occupants present in the vehicle.
