The faulty air bag module chime will sound if the air bag indicator lamp is inoperative. This warns the driver that there is a problem with the air
bag system.
Tone
A single tone will be provided each time a ground signal is received from the message center. A one-second tone will sound for warning
indications from the message center. A 100 milli-second tone will sound for each message center button depressed.
A single tone will be provided when turning the auto lamps to the FULL DELAY or OFF positions or if the dimmer switch is turned to HIGH or
OFF.
