7. Using a suitable puller, separate the ball joint from the front suspension lower arm.

8. Using the front Hub Remover/Replacer and the stud adapters, press the front wheel driveshaft joint out of the wheel hub.

NOTE:  Secure the front wheel driveshaft joint to the vehicle body to maintain a level position.

9. Remove and discard the three wheel hub mounting bolts.

10. Apply rust penetrant and inhibitor to the inboard and outboard wheel hub/knuckle mating surface, and remove the wheel hub from the front wheel

knuckle.

CAUTION:  The wheel hub is not pressed into the front wheel knuckle. Do not use a slide hammer, or strike the back of the inner bearing race to
remove a stuck wheel hub. Damage to the bearings or the wheel hub will occur.

INSTALLATION 

1. Lightly coat the surfaces of the bearing carrier and the front wheel knuckle with high temperature nickel anti-seize.
