Navigation Module: Service and Repair

NAVIGATION SYSTEM MODULE

REMOVAL

1. CAUTION:  Electronic modules are sensitive to electrical charges. if exposed to these charges, damage may result.

NOTE:  Prior to removal of the navigation system module, it is necessary to remove the digital versatile disc (DVD) from the navigation system
module and store it in the customer case.

Disconnect the battery.

2. Remove the upper luggage compartment trim panel.
3. Remove the package tray.

4. Remove the components in the order indicated in the illustration and table.

INSTALLATION

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
