OWNER REFUNDS

Ford Motor Company will only refund owner-paid repairs covered by this program if the repair was performed before the date of the Customer
Notification Letter (or after the date of the letter if an emergency repair was made away from the servicing dealer). Refund claims that include other
non-covered repairs, or those judged by Ford to be excessive, will not be accepted for reimbursement.

CLAIMS PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

Enter claims using Direct Warranty Entry (DWE).

Refund or related damage must be claimed on a repair line that is separate from the repair line on which the FSA is claimed.

"MT" labor should be submitted on a separate repair line with the related damage flag checked.

LABOR ALLOWANCES
PARTS REQUIREMENTS / ORDERING INFORMATION
Latch shim kits will not be direct shipped for this program. Order these parts requirements through normal order processing channels.
The DOR/COR for this program is 50338. This number identifies parts ordered for this Field Service Action through the Special Service Support Center.
Owner Guide Labels
Labels are being sent directly to customers of the affected vehicles. Dealers will be sent labels to service their stock vehicles the week of December 22,
2004.
DEALER PRICE
For latest part prices, refer to DOES II. Dealers will not be charged for labels ordered for this program.
EXCESS STOCK RETURN
Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Customer Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.
