3. Disconnect the ABS module electrical connector.
4. Remove the 6 screws and the ABS module.

Disconnect the HCU electrical connector.

To install, tighten the screws in the sequence shown to 3 Nm (27 inch lbs.).
5. NOTE: The ABS module is not repairable. If an internal problem exists, a new part must be installed.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

When installing a new ABS module, it must be configured (using vehicle as-built data) and calibrated. Follow the diagnostic tool directions for
calibration procedures.
