26. Use the special tool to install the crankshaft pulley.
27. Tighten the new crankshaft pulley bolt in 4 stages.

Stage 1: Tighten to 90 Nm (66 ft. lbs.).

Stage 2: Loosen 360 degrees.

Stage 3: Tighten to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).

Stage 4: Tighten an additional 90 degrees.
28. Rotate the tensioner clockwise and install the accessory drive belt.
29. Install the RH valve cover. See: Cylinder Head Assembly/Valve Cover
30. Install the LH valve cover.
31. Install the engine cooling fan. See: Cooling System/Radiator Cooling Fan
32. Fill the crankcase with clean engine oil.
