Compressor Manifold and Tube Assembly
COMPRESSOR MANIFOLD AND TUBE ASSEMBLY
Removal and Installation
NOTE: Installation of a new suction accumulator is not required when repairing the air conditioning system, except when there is physical evidence of
contamination from a failed A/C compressor or damage to the suction accumulator.
1. Recover the refrigerant.
2. Disconnect the pressure cutoff switch electrical connector.
3. Detach the compressor manifold from the A/C compressor.

Loosen the compressor manifold bolt.

Detach the compressor manifold.

Discard the O-ring seals.

To install, tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb-ft).
4. Remove the compressor manifold and tube bracket nut.

To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
5. Disconnect the condenser inlet fitting.
