Level Control Solenoid Valve: Service and Repair

1.

Turn air suspension switch off, then raise and support vehicle at body.

2.

Remove wheel assembly.

3.

Disconnect electrical connector and air line from air spring solenoid, then remove solenoid retaining clip.

4.

Rotate solenoid counterclockwise to first stop, then pull outward to second stop and allow air to bleed from system as shown, Fig. 9. Failure to
allow air to fully bleed from system may result in personal injury.

5.

Rotate solenoid counterclockwise to third stop and remove from air spring assembly.

6.

Reverse procedure to install.
