ISSUE:
A comprehensive radio noise/reception diagnostic and repair procedure has been developed for service use. Many sound system concerns can be
diagnosed and resolved by using this procedure.
ACTION:
If service is required, use the following diagnostic and repair procedure to resolve the radio noise/reception concern.
VERIFICATION
Before performing audio sound system diagnosis, verify the customer's concern. If the customer has a concern about a particular station or stations, be
sure to test the radio at those stations. Keep in mind that the noise concern may be heard at one area of the radio band.
