ACTION:
If accessory drive belt service is required, refer to the appropriate 1987 Car Shop Manual, Section 27-02. The accessory drive
belt routing decal is located in the engine compartment.
NOTE:
The automatic tensioners have belt wear indicator marks, Figures 25 through 27. If the indicator mark is not between the MIN and
MAX marks, the belt is worn or an incorrect belt is installed. This inspection is done with the engine OFF.
