Typical Prepaid Return Postcard

Air Bag Modules

NOTE:  When replacing a driver side air bag module or passenger side air bag module assembly, a prepaid return postcard is provided with the
replacement driver side air bag module or passenger side air bag module assembly. The serial number for the new part and vehicle identification number
(VIN) must be recorded and sent to Ford Motor Company.

The various major assemblies in the driver side air bag module and passenger side air bag module assemblies have been designed to be tamper-resistant
and are not intended to be disassembled for service. Component assemblies may be removed and replaced as required. Information on proper handling,
storage and disposal of the air bag inflator assemblies is provided. Warning labels for the air bag are shown.
