Air Line: Service and Repair

If a leak is detected in the air line, it can be serviced with an air line splice in the following manner:

1. Turn air suspension switch OFF.
2. If necessary, raise and support vehicle to allow access to leaking section of air line.

Nylon Air Line Repair.

3. Cut out leaking section of air line with sharp knife to ensure clean, straight cuts.
4. If leak occurs in section of air line with black protective sleeve, the sleeve should be cut back 22mm from cut ends to allow inner tube to be

inserted into splice quick connector fittings.

5. Insert cut ends into air line splice.
