4. Disengage the cushion cover J-clip at the rear attached to the cushion frame and open the flap.
5. From under the seat, pull the cushion cover inboard and outboard retainers out from between the riser and cushion frame.
6. Lift the cushion foam pad and disconnect the cushion heater mat electrical connector.
7. Remove the cushion foam pad from the cushion frame.
8. NOTICE: The heater mat is not designed to be separated from the foam pad. Doing so will damage the foam pad. Install a new foam pad
and heater mat. Failure to follow this instruction can result in seat component damage and system failure.
Invert the cushion cover, remove the hog rings and cushion cover.
9. Disengage the electrical connectors from the outboard riser foot.
10. Remove the 2 screws, pull and remove the riser outboard inner cover.

Pivot the front riser foot as necessary.
11. Remove the 3 screws and riser outboard outer cover.
12. Remove the screw and manual recliner handle.
13. Remove the screw, pull and remove the recliner outer cover.

On assembly, make sure the release strap is through the cover opening.
