Disconnect: SJB Fuse 35 (10A) .

Enter the following diagnostic mode on the scan tool: Network Test .

Repeat the network test.
-
Do all other MS-CAN modules pass the network test?
Yes
INSTALL the removed fuse. GO to AG23.
No
INSTALL the removed fuse. An intermittent fault is not present. GO to Pinpoint Test AH. See: Pinpoint Test AH: No Medium Speed Controller Area
Network (MS-CAN) Communication, All Modules Are Not Responding

AG23 CHECK FOR RESTORED NETWORK COMMUNICATION WITH THE HCM-2, SOD-L OR SOD-R DISCONNECTED

Disconnect modules one at a time until other MS-CAN modules pass the network test. Skip to the end once network operation is restored.

Disconnect: HCM-2 Inline C913 .

Enter the following diagnostic mode on the scan tool: Network Test .

Disconnect: SOD-L C4230 .
-
Enter the following diagnostic mode on the scan tool: Network Test .
-
Disconnect: SOD-R C4229 .
-
Enter the following diagnostic mode on the scan tool: Network Test .
-
Repeat the network test.
-
Do all other MS-CAN modules pass the network test?
Yes
CONNECT all modules.
For restored operation with the HCM-2 disconnected, GO to Pinpoint Test R. See: Pinpoint Test R: The Headlamp Control Module 2 (HCM-2) Does
Not Respond To The Scan Tool
For restored operation with the SOD-L disconnected, GO to Pinpoint Test Y. See: Pinpoint Test Y: The Side Obstacle Detection Control Module - Left
(SOD-L) Does Not Respond To The Scan Tool
For restored operation with the SOD-R disconnected, GO to Pinpoint Test Z. See: Pinpoint Test Z: The Side Obstacle Detection Control Module - Right
(SOD-R) Does Not Respond To The Scan Tool
No
