Disconnect the block heater electrical connector.
7. Remove the block heater.

To install, tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb-ft) (2.3L only).

To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft) (3.0L and 3.5L).
8. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
9. Fill and bleed the cooling system.
