Front Door Latch: Service and Repair

Heavy Duty Riveter

SPECIAL TOOL(S)

REMOVAL

1. Remove the front door trim panel.

NOTE:  The door glass must be completely raised.

2. Disconnect the interior door handle actuating rod.

Open the clip.

Disconnect the rod.

3. Position the front door watershield aside.

4. Remove the glass run channel bolt.

Position the glass run channel aside.
