Obtain and prepare the Authorized Modifications Label. Write the modification completed, your P&A code, date of repair and the recall program
type and program number as shown. See Figure 1

Clean an area of the radiator support.

Apply the label to the clean area.
4.
Provide California and Massachusetts owners with a "Vehicle Emissions Recall - Proof of Correction" certificate.
