7. Remove the pin-type retainer.
8. Remove the side shield.

Pull the side shield out far enough to disconnect the power lumbar switch.

Pull the wire harnesses through the seat cushion frame and remove the side shield.
9. Remove the climate control switch from the side shield.

Remove the screws.

Remove the climate control switch.
INSTALLATION
1. Restore the vehicle to operating condition.

Install the affected seat.

Reactivate the supplemental restraint system (SRS).

With all the restraint system diagnostic tools removed, prove out the supplemental restraint system (SRS).
