Navigator 2WD V8-5.4L DOHC VIN R (2001)
17. Remove the nut and bolt retaining the rear suspension upper front arm and bushing to the axle.

Repeat for the other side.
18. Remove the nut and bolt and position the rear suspension arm and bushing out of the way.

Repeat for the other side.
19. Remove the nut and bolt retaining the shock absorber to the axle.

Repeat for the other side.
20. Disconnect the vent hose.
21. CAUTION: Watch for obstructions.
Lower the jack until the rear axle clears the vehicle.
