Navigator 4WD V8-5.4L (2010)
1. Position the cooling module rearward enough to allow the condenser to be lifted upward.
2. Depress the retaining tabs on the 2 lower condenser mounting brackets and detach the 4 condenser mounting brackets from the cooling
module.
3. Position the top of the condenser forward to detach the top lip of the condenser bracket from the cooling module and remove the condenser
core and bracket.
20. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Install new gasket seals and O-ring seals.

Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil.
21. Fill the power steering fluid level. For additional information, refer to Steering.
22. Fill the transmission fluid level. For additional information, refer to Automatic Transmission/Transaxle &/or Transmission Control Systems.
23. Evacuate, leak test and charge the refrigerant system.
