Oil Pressure Sender: Service and Repair
Removal
1. Note: 4x2 shown.
Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the oil pressure sender electrical connector.
3. Remove the oil pressure sender.
Installation
1. Note: If reusing sender, clean threads and coat the oil pressure sensor threads with Pipe Sealant with Teflon(r) D8AZ-19554-A or equivalent
meeting Ford specifications WSK-M2G350-A2 and ESR-M18P7-A.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
