3. Rotate the speed control actuator cable cap until the locking arm engages.
4. Install the speed control actuator cable.

Open the throttle valve.

Install the speed control cable to the throttle valve.

Install the speed control cable to the bracket.
NOTE: Make sure the speed control cable is installed to all cable retainer clips.
