Navigator 4WD V8-5.4L DOHC VIN R (2001)
19. Remove the nut.
20. Remove the heater core and evaporator core housing.
21. Remove the 15 screws and the heater core and evaporator core housing cover.
22. Remove the evaporator core.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Clean and lubricate the heater hoses with coolant hose lubricant or plain water only, if needed.

Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil or equivalent.
^
Install new O-ring seals lubricated with clean PAG oil or equivalent.
2. Evacuate, leak test and charge the refrigerant system. Refer to: Heating and Air Conditioning, Service and Repair, Evacuation and Charging
