Air Inlet Door

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the plenum chamber.

2. Remove the air inlet door vacuum control motor.

Disconnect the vacuum line.

Remove the vacuum control motor screws.

3

Remove the air inlet door vacuum control motor.

-

Rotate vacuum control motor to disconnect the vacuum control motor rod from air inlet door lever.

INSTALLATION 

1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.

Defrost/Panel

REMOVAL 

1. Carefully pry to release the four clips and remove the upper instrument panel steering column cover.

NOTE:  To allow access to the steering column cover, shift to transmission range 1 and engage the parking brake.
